A beautiful stop action picture of the juvenile Bald Eagle taking off from the long grass. The light sparkling in it's eyes. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

You have pictured so well this young eagle so well, and the stop action is perfect. It is also standing out from the background in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in the feathers of the bird, and the exposure is perfect.
The photo is also nicely cropped, and the eagle has got a fine placement a bit off to the right. I think this is a great looking and well taken photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.

A very well captured photo. I love how well focused all of the details are of this young Eagles feathers, and his spread wings are amazing. You have captured a really nice DOF with a bokeh background that brings great interest to the eagle. His colors stand out nicely against the fall grasses. His outstretched feet, show us the motion of his flight. A beautiful nature photo, thank you for sharing!

A great stop action shot of a juvenile bald eagle in flight. The photo shows his wonderful rich brown colors of his feathers interspersed with the white. This shown against the beige colored grasses is an excellent background. At what age do they develop the white crown and yellow beak.?
