I love cows. This is just so sweet to view. Brings back memories when I used to go to my girlfriend's place and pet her jerseys. Composition is very well thought out. Thank you for sharing.

My family thinks I'm nuts - but I adore the baby cows! So glad to hear someone else finds them enjoyable. Thanks, Maureen.

You have a keen eye for nature photography! The framing works beautifully, and the blend of light and shadows, makes this shot stand out. Good luck!

Certanly cute in this one,and the tightish crop has bought the focus on the calf and its mother into this shot really well, think its one of those shots that have had a bit of thought put into it..Brian

A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and classical composition gives us an enjoyable view of both mother and babe. Textures, tones and detail are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

I love the new baby animals in the spring .
This little one is adorable! I love the way it stands so close to mom.
Well focused, nice clear image, the darker coat makes it a bit of a challenge to bring out the details but you have brought out the soft texture of its hair as well as its face .
Exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural,
I like the light colored grass they are standing on .
Well composed and presented! Nice entry for this contest! Best wishes to you!

Thanks, Pat. I used to enjoy my commute to work (before I retired) and seeing all the little cows paying.
