It must have been snowing heavily since the snow is so untouched on the top of this doe's head. A real winter animal. I like the close and personal approach and how well the doe is standing out from all the white snow.
This is also a sharp photo, and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen. I also like how well you have brought out the fine textures of the snow. The exposure and the white balance is perfect.
The tight framing works well, and the doe has got such a fine placement within the frame. I think this is a truly sweet and well taken photo , and with an excellent DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.

She has collected so much snow on her ears and the top of her head , it has even collected onto her eyelashes. It's also on her back.
This is a nice entry for this contest. She is well focused, clear and your exposure and white balance are correct, it's do nice to see the accurate colors in the snow and in this beautiful girl!
