This is a great painting of a harbor with so many boats in dock. I love the vertical strokes of the sails against the sunset sky. It is a beautiful submission.

Well if this was one of your first watercolors this just proves that you were born with a gift!
I always remind myself that the traditional artist always starts with a blank canvas .
It is a gorgeous harbor scene so very well rendered with such perfect choice and application of the colors and tones,
Perfect placement of your horizon line to give such nice depth , I love the sailboat masts standing against the sky and the way they reflect on the water. No harbor scene would be complete without sone gulls and I can see 6 of them in this scene!
This is beautifully created, arranged and presented!

No one would have ever guessed that this was one of your first watercolors. This is gorgeous and (in my humble opinion) appears to be executed by one with immense experience.
The warm tones in both the clouds and water reflection have created a relaxing, serene scene. The seagulls add nice interest. The repeating lines of the boat's masts, creates wonderment to the composition. Very Pretty!

Although nothings to clear in this it does remind you of a typical scene in a harbour and i like how you blended the sky into the harbour area as it works quite well,real nice work....brian

HI Jewell, Sometimes when you see a sunset it just melts into the sea. I think you did a beautiful job of showing that here. Love the way the clouds add different hues to the look. I like the added touch of seagulls. Very nicely done!
