I really like this one, surprise, surprise. The colors are nice and soft and the detail of the bird is just right for this style of painting. Overall I think that this is a nice sophisticated piece, well done. Thank you for sharing.

It turned out very exotic looking, didn't it. That stippled effect makes it sparkle. Nice choice of colors to set the mood and pop the critter right out at us. Good show.

Very cool, the colors are very romantic and create the mood for this lovely painting.
The background and the swaying tree branches and wonderful willow looking leaves are great.
The Egret is so well done. We have them living near us along the I-5 corridor in Sacramento.

Wow! So this is something new from you! I really liked it and must appreciate yout talent in traditional art too!The basic sketching was really very beautiful i am sure.It had the perfection in proportion and lovely shading with water colours.But As I love mixed media in traditional art and enjoy doing it ,I know you must have enjoyed this very much.
The effect on the tree stemand in the plants really look very interesting..Also liked the beautiful white feathers of the bird.The composition looks great.
