I really like this. This compared to the other one tonight are the center buttons of the flowers. These sprinkle colors are more realistic. I like the slight blur of the petals and the layer look from dark to light.

This is a beautiful presentation, your technique with the digital paint is great and I think this is a wonderful painting, I am learning to work with this programs, to me is very difficult and I think your art is wonderful and this flowers are beautiful with lovely details and amazing color and they don't need anything, lovely to see, thanks for sharing

Love these rich reds MoonWillow. The centres have worked out real nice too. the shading really gives depth and the lighter leaves underneath really lift the flowers. sorry i can't help you with any of the techie stuff, just wanted to say how much i liked them anyway!

These are gorgeous Shawn. I would love to see a photograph done this well, but it is rare to see one where the shadows and the highlights work so well. As to your question, here are a couple of ideas. You can clarify, then run noise deduction, then run and overlay style of sharpen, that sometimes helps. The haols are hard to defeat. With that you can zoom in up tight and clone them out. I sometimes used noise reduction first, then sgo in and make adjustments and run noise reduction again and finish with a final sharpening. Each time the adjustment is altered. Shirley

I know little to nothing about digital art, but I just wanted to say that these colors are brilliant. Very intense. Great contrast, great sense of depth.

This is a very beautiful painting. Sharp image, but still has a softness about it. Love the spots of light green coming from the foliage in the background. Very well drawn and painted. Stunning image with good impact. I've been using Zero clarity filter. Works most of the time.

Wow...you are certainly very productive at the moment, Shawn, and this is just as striking and powerful as your other floral pictures. This one really creates a sense of energy and passion - makes me want to 'get up and DO something!', lol! Like I said, a really powerful piece with wonderful lighting blazing through. Again, another worthy 6 if only I had some. Fabulous! :)

Right this minute I'm doing a heck of a lot better than I was 2 seconds ago...lol. Thank you so much for the fabulous review and rating, Shelley. What a great start to a thundering and lightning morning. No rain yet though. I finally got fiberoptics hooked up to my PC, and boy is it great. I downloaded something last night that was a little over 32smegs in just a little over 1 min. Before it would have taken me approx 3 1/2 hrs. Great to hear from you again, and thank you so much for this.
    xxoox back atcha :)
