The minute I saw this I knew that you had used Twisted Brush by the flowers.I just love the glow of the background that you created for these.I also think the bit of water in the foreground along with the black,creates the look of a bog.One little butterfly but it does it's part in the work by offsetting the colors it is in between.
Your floral works are always a joy to view and review.Excellent work Shawn :)

Very striking image. Love the different colors in the sky suggesting that it is turning to dusk. Darkened foreground with hints of reflected areas works well. Like the addition of the butterfly. Good highlighting on the tops of the flowers. Good color harmony. Well done.
