Framing: Good
Lighting: The lighting is mostly even across the subject with nice touches of contrast that add interest. The white area seems to be clipped a tad.
Color: Natural
Focus: Sharp
DOF: Works well to enhance subject
Bokeh: Pleasing with harmonious colors.
Textures: Feather texture came out nicely
Overall: A nice capture Willie.

Very nice duck photo with good color and a great pose. There is little if any detail in the whites and they are what we call "burnt out". Sometimes that is caused by too much contrast or an overexposed photo. Suggest you lower the contrast a little but brighten the photo a little to give a little more detail in the shadow side of the duck's head. usually wildlife looks a lot better if you can see the highlights in their eyes. Background is distracting and this is when you need to shoot with the largest f stop available and that should blur the background enough to not be distracting. Nice pose but you can help it a lot with some photoshop or post processing work. Thanks for sharing.
