I was away all week but when the AP story came across my iphone screen, I thought of you, knowing you were in Oslo. I have been to your beautiful city and my best friend as a child was Norwegian. We are weeping with you and send our deepest sympathy and thoughts.

The emotion that is felt by this image is just outstanding!! The narrative is very disturbing of what goes on in our world!! Brings tears to my eyes that people can be so ignorant and cruel to the human life!! The photo does and shows all the sadness in our world, focusing on your narrative!! Too sad and very eyeopening!!

Annie, I am so very sorry for what has happened in your country. The unthinkable has happened with so many unanswered questions. We, as Americans, can grieve with you. My personal prayers are with you and your countrymen at this time and hopefully you will be able to find peace, some day. What a very sad man this shooter was, for him to feel that hatred and killing was the direction he needed to go in. What a horrible waste of a human life.
As for your work, I feel that there is symbolism in it and the hands held in prayer while there is blood on the flag.
I am truly saddened for your country.
