beautiful photo ..the benches all lined up make this shot so impressive..nice depth , lighting also. colors are gorgeous..great cropping, about the framing..so subjective..personally I believe one does not always need to frame when the image has so much detail ..I like to use drop shadow frame in picnic , so simple , and yet it gives definition ..but once again , it's like cropping , so personal , the taste

It a nice shot with good focus, color and story. I am not sure which story is the focal point here. The building or the benches. each pulls the eyes away from each other. I would suggest cropping the left side to just about the front door of building. Then the eyes will start left and move through the benches to the right.
