the bird man of FAR strikes again. I was trying to shoot a male today but could not get close enough to capture like this. What do you do? Sit in chair near a feeder? Really amazing shot. Thank you for sharing.

I like the way you capture her with her head turned and the feathers on her head standing up. The dark green of the background allows all the attention to be given to the Cardinal.
