A vibrant and cheery work! Reminds me of the Sound of Music! I like the composition, the contours of the mountains, the trees framing it, and the bounty of wildflowers. Very pleasant to the eye!

Oh it was it was, how was yours? I still need to reign myself in with the over indulgences, my body is crying out for a detox. Thank you so much for the review

I like the mountain background and I like the flowery foreground, I just not sure I like them together. For me the two halves are out of balance with the bright reds, yellow, blues and greens of the flowers being to much of a contrast with the stark, almost mono-toneish (is that a word?) mountain. I'd love either half as a full canvas...but looking forword to seeing some more of your new pastels.

Thank you so much. It is strange to see the two together. I am a huge colourist and love throwing in colour wherever I can. Thats what drew me to the photo as you did have the snowy mountains and all this colour as well. In fairness the photo proobably makes more sense, I was a bit like a kid in a sweet shop with this and just throwing the pastels about to see what happened. Hopefully the future pieces will be much more detailed and accurate. Thanks so much for the review

I like the colors in this a lot.
The field of flowers is so enjoyable to look at..like how we have a mass of them.
Nice composition, fairly simple, but satisfying.
Like the perspective of the mountain, the way you've textured it and the depth.

This is lovely, particularly at this time of year. The springlike meadow has a nice depth of field and the colors are brite and welcoming. I love the blueish/monotone treatment of the mountain. Good job, nice way to start a new day.
