No doubt about this being a very good shot. Like the colours, the reflections and the sheer stillness. Not often I experience this. Your image is enjoyable, well composed, sharp and has good exposure. I have liked looking at it and reviewing it. Very nice photo, well done! Good luck in your competition.

This is an awesome and beautiful picture. The way you were able to get this so close up of him is fantastic. The way you see the water dropping off of his beak is neat. I like the way you see the reflection so clear in the water. Just an exceptional and beautiful picture. Good luck in the contest.

This to me is one of your best blue heron shots yet. A wonderful blend of muted color. Truly a masterpiece. One thing you could have done would be to crop a little from the right to kind of balance things up a little, but no matter this is magnificent.

this makes me feel so in the moment here with this Great Blue, I find the refection to add to this and just feel the peace as he goes nibbling around that old bark for food. Is that bark or a rusted thing?
