You have certainly done the original photograph justice! It looks superb as a painting. Lovely vibrant fiery colours. Very well painted and so enjoyable to view.

I didn't see Beny's posting but it must have been a good one to inspire you to produce this great painting. I love the colors in the sky and on the water. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.

This is plentiful with color, and nicely contrasted. I like the way you have blended the yellow into the orange. You have done a great job with the bare lifeless tree, although, the tree appears to be lifeless, you have given it character, and brought life back to it with the colors that are held within the bark of the tree. I think you have done a great job recreating Beny's photo. Very nice work.

Your welcome. What is the point in looking if one is not going to study what is before their eye?
    Have a grand day.

Very striking painting. I love sun rises and sunsets. This sunset picture is perfect. The sun and reflection with the birds behind the apparently drowned out tree tell an interesting story of high water and natural destruction. The colors are awesome. It looks like the woods in the background also suffered the same fate, which adds interest to the picture. The colors are perfect Very nice job.
