I like the soft effect of such a long exposure. It makes it appear brighter than it was, but also give the water a bluer cast. With that slow of exposure, I'm kind of surprised there wasn't a little more camera shake, even with the monopod. Super work

Nice shot, color and movement of the water is done very nicely. The rocks and the leaves in front seem to take away from the water a bit, might have cropped it a bit closer to the water.
