Wow! I'd love to have a summer place like this right by the ocean. A very pretty little house and the photo is good showing lots of color and a couple of gulls flying around. Nice shot and a good entry for the contest. Camera techs look great.

Yes, it does represent a true summer scene. Is it in Greece or Turkey as it reminds me very much of places there? I like the angle you used for this and the seagulls add interest. Makes you want to be there! Very nice composition.
