Very beautiful. Your river scene with a variety is bushes and limbs hanging over the water on the cool autumn day exceptional. Your painting is very well framed and the colors of yellow and orange work well in this representation.

The UK has some amazingly beautiful rivers and scenery in the fall if what I see in this painting is any indication to the real beauty you have over there. I think this is an amazing work of art. I love all the colors and the way you have them shifting and changes with a smooth flow, not coarse or hurried. You have a very natural flow in your painting. The details are great. I really love the way you painted in the reflections in the water of the surrounding area. And the shoreline is gorgeous with the green grass and the all the trees with the leaves in all the shades of the rainbow. Very nice blue sky as well. I think you did an excellent job with this artwork.

The UK has some amazingly beautiful rivers and scenery in the fall if what I see in this painting is any indication to the real beauty you have over there. I think this is an amazing work of art. did not know they made water base oil paints, and actually call them oil paints. you have used them to create an excellent waterscape painting that shows a lot of skill and talent that holds my interest. very nice perspective and depth in the background trees, especially the array of different colors in the leaves. very nice work . thanks for sharing

Many thanks for your great review. The water mixable oils are made by Winsor & Newton and are called Artisan. You can use them neat, mixed with water or a special medium. Your brushes are cleaned with just soap and water and the paint dries quite quickly. Suzanne

Love the soft colors used. Beautiful water with the highlights and reflections. Lovely autumn leaves on the trees. Love the detail in the grass and trees. This would have been a great picture for the "Green" contest. Very nice job!
