An interesting take on a scene everyone knows so well. Looks as though you have used a kind of liquid filter but guess that must be the twisted brush. I like the effect it has. But faces are clear without alteration I would say. The design is in the centre of the frame but it works because of the huge star in the background. That is the only place it could go - dead centre. Like the colours you have used too. Good Luck in the contest at voting time.

Your words are right to the point. thank you so much Goldie for a fantastic review. I have to let you know that I was going somewhere completely different with this piece in the form of a Christmas ornament, it was all wrong and just didn't seem to fit what I had in my mind to do. So I scrapped it and started again. I had been listening to Christmas music and the song 'Oh Holy Night' came on, seemed like from then on that's what was running through my head, that last line of the song,' Oh Night Divine" seemed to have stuck that's where the title came from. I love your , to the point attitude. thank you for being one in the same mind
