That is a great shot. It looks as though you got it to pose for you. I love the colors, the darker and lighter shades of brown accented with the flax hues. This could be used for a great poem or scripture verse.

I really like the subject and the skilled texture and detail achieved through pin sharp focusing. I do wish there was not a vignette as it is working overtime to compete with the calfs face. A shame - because the level of interest in the eye lashes, the fur, the hairs on the nose the highlights on the ear. Every thing is perfect. Kathy

he is a really cute calf, shaggy and scobby.

is it a cow or a sheep?

either way it is cool. good impact into the viewer. no just a good vision to the viewer.

Thank you so very much for the lovely review. It is a cow Doris. Sheep don't get calves, but lamb. LOL

Yea I do, you are right but what kind of calf is it? I never saw one with such fur in the face in addition blond LOL - super capture from great angle, perfect portrait camera settings, perfect focus, perfect contrast, lighting and exposure, your nice white frame shows the baby energy and fits well, thanks for sharing

Great job on this photo. Focus is very sharp to see the individual hairs and the textures. Lighting provides a nice effect. Great job on this.

Endearing! Beautifully captured! Great composition particularly with the demure positioning of the calves eyes, such a soft and sweet "pose". Great focus. Nicely done crop and effects applied. Adds to the overall appeal of this image!

The white vignette is perfect for this little guy. You've got great focus, wonderful expression and the thin frame is perfect. Good luck.
