For me everything works in this piece, except for the sky. The textures every where else are good and creates a really good composition and flow. The sky seems to lack that same refinement in that the clouds lack definition and the area really does not hold up well compared to the rest of the image.
If that were correct the area of the sky would fit in better with the strong strokes that created the trees. Know what I Mean?

Yes. I understand I thought a plain shy would stand out well against the textures and not make the composition too crowded. I appreciate your comments. Thank you so much for your support. Glad you liked it.

I think it is better but not connected to me.
The area in the trees where you have the yellow highlight/bright spot. I would use that colors or a variation on that color to create the clouds, that way they are connected, as it is it draws the eye there and the sky is lost, it does not hold up to that area.
