I bet even this photo is sharper on your monitor, but it is still a very fine portrait of a Tuareg. The blue color of his clothing is indeed impressive, and with the neutral colors of the background this is standing out so well.

As already said, the focus is a tad soft, but I think you have handled the strong light really well.

The only thing I would have changed here is adding a bit more negative space at the top, but the man has got a good placement within the frame. Well taken portrait, and the DOF is really good.
