Love this. An enjoyable scene, the character seemed to have the best leisure time of her life. Great clarity of the facial expression. I like the colorful scarf, blown by the wind, too, which likewise, shows movement.
High five on conceptualization and composition, all the elements well-thought. Painted with expertise.

Nice composition, the action is there, colors & use of the media are good in this.
I think it would have been more dynamic, shown more action and motion if there had been snow spraying up around the skies.

The flow is there on how the pedals and scarf are drawn. Also like the little bend in the tress again subtle , but adds to the aspect of motion.

But I am missing the spraying snow.
