very nice moonlight seascape piece you have presented here...the blues are very strong in this piece and create a monochromatic variation of tones throughout the piece...nice capture of the moonlight on the surface of the water...nice touch with the lighthouse...well done and thanks for sharing

Great colors and sense of atmosphere. This monochromatic color scheme works well, it would work well with an orange sunset in the background too.

A beautiful and totally alluring contest entry. I love the composition beginning with the grasses in the foreground tilted just right to point and lead us toward the waves and light house. The whole angle from bottom left to higher upper right just works so very well as a flow of view over the whole piece. Excellent rendering of light and shadow are everywhere in this piece most dramatically evident by the depth achieved to those jumping waves and the gorgeous nuances in that night sky. Marvelous!

Pretty tranquil. I can imagine myself, enjoying the solitude, while listening to the splashes of those waves. The lighthouse made this composition, pretty dramatic. Love those grass blades. Excellent painting techniques and realistic concept. Great use of colors. A joy to view. Well done.

This is a lovely night time seascape you have painted. I am impressed with the texture of the painting and the visible brush strokes. Nice formation of the crashing waves and the moon light reflecting on them. You have chosen a good palette of colours resulting in a very nice painting.
