A very nice shot. I like the rotund face that looks like he is fresh from the local pub. The costume is very nice with great saturated colors and nice detail in the whites. Best of luck in the contest.

Nice clear sharp photography and presentation of technique! Colors are vibrant and what a jolly soul he is. Nice lighting and position of your camera to take this shot with nice cropping too! Good luck in the contest!

This is what I call a happy old man, and he seems to feel very comfortable in his costume. He is also posing for you in a lovely way. I do however find the background a bit distracting with all the unleveled lines, but this guy is still standing out well.
The all over sharpness is quite good, but the hat is a bit soft, but still it is possible to see clear and well defined details in the costume. I also think the exposure is working well even if the white laze is very close to over exposure.
When it comes to the composition I think the framing could have been better. The arm is cut off by the frame on the right, and I think this photo would be better if also the hand on the left was showing. Still this is an all together well taken photo, but in need of some adjustments. I wish you luck with the contest.

This of course got a grand giggle from me, I do so love his expression. The costume is of course the perfect entry for the contest and your camera techs outstanding. The focus is "jolly" solid with fine detail over your subject. Colors and light outstanding. Great point of view. Thanks for sharing. Good Luck!
