To the best of my knowledge this is a Markhor mountain goat. I have never seen one though. I am sure I will never see one is a better setting. Beautiful composition and outstanding colors in this well composed shot. The details are fantastic and it is a superior shot in every way. I would never post this on a Saturday when everybody has already used all their 6's because this clearly deserves one.

WOW this is a GOSH SHOT - and again with a spectacular cloud formation - the way this kind of buck is presenting himself on the rock is out of the box, a virtual 5 shot for sure, clear and sharp, excellent in contrast and lighting, your view point and position is perfectly chosen , half close up, you composed the perfect balance - he is handsome - the entire shot a book pi cute, professional capture, thanks for sharing

A beautiful & atmospheric picture of what I think might be an adult male Markhor a type of mountain goat found in Iran, Pakistan & other places in the Himalayan mountain Range. ( I looked it up) Beautiful composition, framing & dramatic & atmospheric background with the sun shining down on him. Taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Such great attention to the composition. Almost a six for me - want a clearer view of this fellow's eye... I love the detail you have captured over the entire frame. Great movement in the clouds and great textures in the rocks and tree limb. Your focal point is perfectly sharp - nice placement in the frame. Thanks for sharing.
