Ahh this really gives a soothing feeling to the viewer. Not only is it interesting (the building) but the way you have composed it is eye candy. The iron fence in a diagonal, the sky in the corner giving reason as to why the sidewalk is wet.
The photo has a spring like feel to it...the tree has no leaves or buds (yet) but the grass is green and in the distance there is life in the blooming of distant trees.
I like the rocker on the porch, it speaks of love and care put into this home by the owners.
Please check the side of the house....does it tilt a bit to the left...just a bit.
Compositionally I would not have minded to see more of the house, even in vertical format...I hunger to see more.
As far as your technical aspects are concerned the exposure, contrast and post processing have given a sharp and interesting image.
I would not mind walking down this street with you!

I wish the tree at the left was either leafy green or non-existent. Not your fault, of course, but it detracts from the home's beauty because the tree looks unkempt. Maybe if you had stood in a different spot, the house would have been presented in a more graceful manner.
