This is awesome! It really is a perfect tribute to Cowpunchr! I love his work , it amazes me every single time! I love your horse , he's got his pencil in his teeth and he's just drawing away! He's a great looking horse with a talent, nice detail in this, very well created I love the blue mountains with the caps of snow! It was a pleasure to view this!

Hi Mark, thanks for sharing this awesome tribute to Cowpunchr. I really enjoyed reading your story about this amazing artist who draws what he loves most in his life journey.. And I do appreciate you giving him a thumbs up here .. I just went and checked him out and he is so worthy of a standing ovation. His artwork is fantastic. As for your awesome creation.. It is truly befitting and oh so cool. I bet Cowpunchr is wrapped in seeing your tribute. Love the big cheeky bold horse in the foreground. He has so much ' spunk' about him ,, standing there with his pointer in mouth, offering this mighty cowboy a moment's grandeur in the eyes of all of us FaR members.. The cowboy drawing with his lasso in action , chasing that runaway is priceless and gives a nice fun feeling to the picture. So does that wicked smile on the horse's face.. I love it. The bold green grass background that boasts its brilliance behind the timber fence is a great contrast to the horse and the mountains in the rear.. Love the colour choice of the mountains.. that striking purple tone compliments the scene well. as does the blue sky with its occasional bird flying by.
Totally, a fun filled lively and happy tribute picture that has a very ' feel good' emotion emanating from within. thanks Mark for sharing this excellent work of art.. and for introducing me to Cowpunchr.. a true joy to review. cheers mel

Oh I so agree. His works are so well done. I always marvel ate the details he puts in, particularly on the saddles and bridals. The fact that he uses pencils really blows me away. Great tribute Mark. Ya done good ~ Steve
