Amazing initial impact. You can't help but keeping looking. The colors are so rich and in contrast with the blacks. Lighting makes this picture really excellent. The bird above the sun adds a lot to an already great photo.

FS this is so darn dramatic that it takes my breath away.
What a beautiful capture of this gull flying over the incredible sun with a diagonal flare. The ocean is deep and mysterious yet warm and inviting. Your artist notes are eloquent as usual but the photo immediately caught my attention. It is so stand out!

First, I have to say that I was surprised to see your title - not many of us around that recall that book. As for the shot: love the diagonal light, perfectly highlighting the bird. What great timing! The effects used really amp up the WOW factor. Do I see an inspirational poster in your future?

With the right words that touch the Spirit it may send a message to the one who needs it the most. I myself do not have such words. Perhaps you do.
