Because you got a lowish viewpoint I think it gives the landscape in this a bigger overall image and like the flow of the river as well,nice image..Brian

Pat,
A beautiful picture of the Susitna river at a time when most of northern hemisphere is in darkness at that time of day. The still blue sky reflected on the river who's curves lead the eye into the heart of the picture framed as it is by the trees on it's banks with mountains rising up from it in the background clouds skimming over the peaks. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

I loved Denali! I like the way the trees on the horizon are bowing to the river as though grateful for the drink. The meandering curve leads us into the scene. The deep blue sky is lovely and it and the clouds reflect nicely in the moving water.

This is a lovely shot of the river, gently leading the eye back and forth through the image to the mountains! Nice shades of greens and blues that do not overwhelm. Great composition overall!
ps: saddens to see the smoke from the awful wildires coming from the mountain.

Nice picture with interesting color tones. I assume the wind is not blowing that strong and that the trees are just falling over into the river. Good landscape with a strong leading line to take us into the picture. Good colors. Good focus. Nice back drop. Well done.
