How did you get this one, so nicely captured and beautifully presented this snail sailing on the ground with little white and brown pebbles. Great choice for the contest.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!! im just getting the word out on Dragondog's new post! she is one of our newest members and a creative digital artist. her and i have done this collaboration together but really she did almost all the work. all i did is loan her a couple of my "Funnie Flowers" and "Strange Critters" cartoon characters and man has she created an awesome theme. it is a Christmas theme that has a perfect song attached to it..if you get the chance check it out..if dont walk away with a tear in your eye then you will have a least a feel good in your heart!!!wink

This is an intriguing close-up. The shades of brown in the speckled shell and at the body are interesting. Although, the background is speckled also, the animal stands well out because the background is gray.
