Steve you know you are a master at your craft. I always enjoy seeing your photos I can feel your spirit in every image you present. To me that is very impressive. This is a great contest entry. I like your creative approach.
Whenever I see a similar image in Gods beautiful sky I feel a soul leaving the earth as the gates open to let them in.

Thank you so much Monica. I was so blessed to be able to watch in silence as this event evolved. Almost like watching God actively painting that which only He can paint. This looks to me like a magical sunrise bursting through the clouds floating along the horizon as they skim over the mountain peaks, the sun's golden rays radiating up into the heavens above through the clouds & then up into the brightening sky above. Sights like this confirm my faith in the Almighty no human could create this beauty. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I always carry my cell phone for just such an occasion. As you know I use an iPhone 11 for all my photos.
