Awwww... cute. I love this brilliant composition. It's kept so simple and therein, lies the beauty. I love the two kids clad in colourful jackets holding hands on wintry day. And then just the tree trunks at the flanks. Loved this simplicity- you are too good at staying basic and yet making art appealing. Kudos

I really like the winter scene you have created here Mark, and especially the great perspective with the great leading lines. The trees just look great against the white snow, and I like that you have added shoe prints from the walking kids.
I like that the kids look like they are in motion, and also the colors you have used on their clothes. As always this is of course done paying a very good attention even to the smallest details.
It is nothing wrong with the composition either. The format and framing is perfect, and the walking kids are so well placed in the picture. I think this is a truly lovely and well done sharpie drawing, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is a drawing that could be included in a children's book.

OMG I would love to have a 6 left as I love this very much with the 2 kids on a huge way into the unknown, a really excellent combination with a really wonderful content, so well composed, with these trees who really reflect an infinite way
fantastic detail work , super color choice and application, with a nice ground composition - very excellent idea, special use of space,excellent sharpness and contrast and light application, as always your presentations are stunning and outstanding and this simplicity and real kids are special, Kudos xoxo

This is just lovely. As I have said before, you changed my marking system, as all you turn out is excellent, ALL. Your work is always excellent. Has anyone ever asked you what I get asked all the while /majority A 4's because of lack of space and funds/ why don't you paint large?

like i said before dear..doing that is like gigging me just because im doing good. its like spanking a child for doing the right thing. im just a small fish in a big ole ocean surrounded by umpteen million fellow artist. by downgrading would be like me walking thru quicksand..something to think about..your choice..it still does not change my opinion or review of your work..but if you want to downgrade me that is your choice. wink.

This cartoon is intriguing. Even as we do not see the their faces, we receive that the children enjoy the walk through the snowy woods. Their poses and their tracks indicate their movement. I almost can see them walk. The snowflakes fall slow. There is no wind. The winter-world is quite. The perspective is excellent. How the path leads our view into the background is perfect. The tree trunks emphasize the perspective perfectly. The colors are appealing. The cartoon is expertly composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

well i keep throwing different perspectives at the committee..every now and then i might get lucky but the cool thing is we have all this cool talent joining us now..means if i ever get it right then i did with heavy competition..i call it good training..wink wink..thanks for the awesome review.
