Like that title and the name of that cove. The sky with yellows, soft whites and blues is lovely as are the side trees with the ice and snow covering. The water is nice with the bluish/whitish/yellowish reflected light within it.

Welcome artist friend, alaskapat. Lovely. In this smaller oval version, the snow and water kinda looks like my first oil painting (which also had a leaping deer). Lovely photography.

This winter landscape is outstanding! It looks like a fairy tale. Your photo has impressive depth and is perfect focused and exposed. I enjoy the realism of light and color and the refinement of detail. The reflections at the creek are especially interesting. I like how the creek lead the eyes of the viewers through the landscape. The landscape is excellent composed and framed. The composition us balanced.

Very nice image Pat. This is an interesting shot. It looks an awful lot like black and white until you see the colored sky and reflection. Kind of an interesting concept that I like a lot. Very good focus from front to back. Well done.

Warming trend? We just hit temps in the upper teens! 40 sounds nice and balmy! Anyway, fantastic shot and the splash of blue sky is a great counter balance to the mostly white out scene. Also really cool how some of the blue is reflecting in the slightly rippled water. I am expecting an otter to pop into view just any second!

To me this would make a beautiful card, it would definitely look great hanging in a office building. I also love how the water seems to flow no matter what falls on it and I love this scene.
