Great looking shot!. Fine example of flower photography. Your framing appears to be perfect and you have captured the beauty of the blue poppy very well.

Pat,
A beautiful picture of the beautiful Himalayan blue poppy with it's blue petal & golden yellow tipped stamens in the centre. The sunlight highlighting the beautiful silky blue petals & the pistil & stamens in it's centre. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of your beautiful poppy. Like the petal detail. Colours, textures and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

you are right: blue is a color not often seen in flowers and your close up of this blue poppy is really outstanding with such sharp details and great lighting;

A beautiful flower. I don't think I have ever seen a blue poppy before. It is gorgeous and so is the photo. A nicely presented shot with great colors and exquisite detail.

Beautiful rendering of this poppy Pat.

The bold center colors and details immediately grab the viewers attention. They contrast so nicely with the darker blues of the petals.

The composition and framing is spot on.

Great work as always Pat ~ Steve
