Not a known duck to me but your digital artwork is nicely done with the duck surrounded by the rippling movement of water. Colors used are well blended and I like the way you have created light and shadow on the duck.

Such a pretty duck! You have created this black bellied whistling duck so well with good shape and structure, I like the way you positioned it within the frame . Well shown detail and colors , I like that red bill and the way you show the sunlight .
The water is also well shown especially appreciate the ripples around the duck, that gives such a realistic look ! I see reflections on the water, it appears to be greenery and perhaps purple flowers growing near the water too.

i like the composition and the majority of the colors used, and the technique used to create the feel of brush strokes.
my only criticism is the purples in the water, it is a detractor to the flow. seeing how there is no other shade of purple within the piece.
that is the reason for it being rated less then a 5.
As an artist you need to be aware of those small little things that take away from the flow, and color harmony within the piece.
This rating does not count towards story rating or author rank.

The purple streaks are reflections of blossoms, I forgot to finish adding others behind the bird. I will work at them. :o)

The copper color shows so well against then blue and green of the water. I love the lighting on its face .
