You are welcome. You lived in Alaska all your life? I know a family that packed up and moved there 30 years ago. The husband is a pilot so he is all over theses. The wife almost never travels. Kids are all over the place.

No , I don?t do dog mushing but I did do Obedience training for all breeds . I have friends who do dog mushing .

That's cool. Are small breeds popular in Alaska? Yorkies and the like? Seems that the large breeds would dominate. cold weather and such.

Yes, small breeds are popular, they require less space and usually their exercise requirements are such that they can get plenty if exercise indoors . A lot of condo dwellers and senior citizens have small breeds. I have a German Shepherd, a golden Retriever and a pug mix.

That makes sense. Yesterday was Halloween. My dog got so much exercise barking at other dogs and kids,I live on the corner,He crashed at 8;00pm and didn't want his evening treats.

This is a stunning image Pat!!! I can see why they call it reflections lake!! It is mirror like in clarity. The colours in the sky are beautiful. I like the effect of the clouds being repeated in the water, their direction seems to oppose each other. I think for this picture the trees being bare works in your favor. Baren but still gorgeous!! Well done!!

A stunning Sunset's after glow in the sky then reflected on the glistening surface of Reflections lake the bare branched trees along the horizon then also reflected on the lake add interesting shapes to it. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
