He is a sweetheart. The look in his eyes is pure love. You have handled the white balance well and the contrast of the background and the foreground white snow show off the cute pup very well.

Sweet looking dog and am sure it will be looked after and agree about buying pets for christmas,i voluteered when living in spain for a dog refuse and they had loads of dogs that were abanoned.

This puppy is very cute and surprisingly well behaved - I can't get my cats to sit still like that for long. He is well in focus - you can se the light in his eyes and the contrast works well with his colouring.
I wish him all the best for the future and you.

Oh what a cutie and clever if already learning how to sit - my daughters 10 year old dog still hasn't LOL. Love the coloring and you have photographed him well with sharp focus. Your exposure and white balance are spot on for handling the white snow.
Totally agree about pets for Christmas presents, so many end up being dumped a few weeks later which is sad.
