On a personal note, whenever I see these mermaids, I'm reminded of my daughter who was convinced that she would turn into a mermaid on her 13th birthday. LOL!

Sorry, I digress. You have presented a fine illustration / painting of this mythical, female, creature. To scale with ample detail and interest. I like the way you have encapsulated her in a seemingly bubble of protection with the white disturbance in the water. As with your previous post, I admire your technique to apply the tail scales; this is very creative. Nice work and thank you for posting.
