Very nice painting. I like how you left the horses in silhouette form. Background is great. Love the color. Foreground field is also very nice and the clover blooms add nice contrast. Well done.

Digitals are not my favorite venue but in this case I have to say i love it.
The expression here is great...so much like "Here I am!"
Your colors are great, harmonious and well chosen and the horses in shilloette (SP?) are just right.

This has expectation, tenderness and joy written all over it.

Impact - children's fantasy piece
Colors are bold yet soft, playful and loving.
Contrast is stark
Center of interest is undeniable. Love how you surrounded the filly's feet with clover.
Composition is beautiful

LOL. No, I meant for that one, the HORSES would be in color :) This one is the last silouhette I'm going to do. I'm going to have to find a good picture of a horse to go by for the next one though. It's going to be tougher for me than this type. You make it look so easy, and I know I would have an easier time of it traditionally. More freedom of movement than digital. Thanks for the super review, Robin!! More action will come with learning to get them to look like horses first LOL! Shawn :)
