Its a nice photograph, nice portrait, and i like how you have got hold on the frozen water coming from his mouth, nice clarity. Well done, all the best.

Good contest entry.
Excellent capture.
I really like the look you captured in his eyes, the way you filled up the frame and the colors just grab you.

Congrats on the achievements. They are well deserved!

Well, here you go ~ great, interesting subject, and the capture of the water is perfect. And in perfect use! The portraiture of your grandson is perfect, every last detail spot on. He looks like a very nice, well mannered grandson, too! Great picture and great portrait for the family album ~ good luck with the contest!

I normally would say this shot is a little over lite but here it is used appropriately. It really helps bring all the attention to that face. Action is his drinking water from a fountain. Good color harmony. Center of interest is the young lad. Cropping is good. Focus and depth of field. Nice creative presentation.

I love this. It is such a great capture!
The water stop motion. Of course the beautiful brown eyes of the handsome young man gazing right at us. The lighting, focus and composition are all perfect! No negatives Wonderful! Good luck in the contest.

Excellent shot. I love the clarity on the boy's face.. focus is super crisp, DoF is excellent (like the touch of bokeh in the background), colors are preserved beautifully, nothing is lost to shadow or highlight, and tight cropping makes it easy to connect with the subject. The fast shutter speed makes it look like he's drinking ice! The fast ss worked very nicely to freeze the boy's face, but unfortunately, as a result, it looks like this photo would be a better match for a portrait contest rather than a water in movement contest. I'd prefer to see the water in slower ss. Of course, this is personal preference and not worthy of a reduction in rating. Really great shot, thanks for sharing!

Wow, this picture is super crisp! The green shirt really makes the picture pops out! Great lighting and great color combination. What camera did you use to take this photo?
