Really nice photo of this bird. I like the blue tint. Excellent details in the feathers. He really is looking at you- and definitely looks like he is asking you if you're looking at him! Nice background. Well done, thanks for sharing.

Colours.

Composition is ok but framing has cut a lot of subject off with an unbalanced upper portion. Would suggest cropping more to compensate. Lighting is good. Focus is sharp and and DOF has created a pleasing bokeh. Color is a tad on the blue side for some reason. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

Fantastic capture. Detail is razorsharp. Very vibrant blue colours. Very much in focus. Great bokeh. Love his/her little collar. This bird really does jump out at me. Good angle & good cropping. Well done
