Your mixed media work is very good. Beautiful color tones. The chandelier has created a wonderful filigree for you, great detail. Composition is very good.

A very creative composition which is quite pleasing to the eye.
Nice combination of metal and flowers and the symetry is attractive and somewhat elegant.
Good resolution of the flowers with the layered background and fade.

Sounds like a lot of work to me. A lovely Brooch. My mom would have liked this. She never wore necklaces, only pins such as this. It is lovely. I like the spun background also. The blues/greens are a good compliment for the bouquet. Lighting is good. Gold is wonderful. Very artistic. Thanks for sharing.

It was a lot of work, I stayed up all night to do it. I knew I was getting close to what I wanted so I wanted to stay with it. I'm glad this brooch brought you memories of your mom. I'm sure she saw it through your eyes. Glad you enjoyed it! :o) Helvi

Its still pretty fresh. Mom died at 90 last August. We haven't got the house ready to sell yet.

I like the background colors and the flowers in the middle with their bright colors and then the chandelier that surrounds the flowers.

Thank you! So much thought went into this I was up all night creating it. LOL I felt I was getting SO close to what I wanted, but wasn't quite getting it. It took a lot more time than I imagined so your wonderful review really means a lot. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :o) Helvi
