Ok, this is a good shot of an eye. Although I don't care for eye shots This one is well done.
The color, clairity, and sharpness are very good.

This is a great macro shot. The catch light in the pupil is a bit too bright though and the use of flash is the only thing separating this from a 5 star review. When shooting in macro, the camera being used should work with the available light. Here, your flash has bounced into the fluid around the eye, and off the eyelids. A catch light is good in a pupil, but should come from a source separate from the camera.
