This is so beautiful. I like the way you faded the colors. it does look like an older photo. Your notes are great also.

This is another great capture of an ancient structure. Good use of thirds. I am amazed with their stone building material. Very neat architecture. I have really been enjoying your images from Greece. Good informative artist notes. Thanks for sharing.

Striking piece! I love the framing and the choice to fade the colors a bit. The initial impact is very good. it really makes you feel like you are on that hillside staring up. Thanks for sharing.

A very nice architectural shot. i like the sloping lines going left to right. The focus is sharp. The composition is interesting.

I enjoyed the notes, but I am the sort of person who likes to know history, for some obscure reason, it pleases me. This was an odd experience for me, and I have never had it happen before..the longer I looked at the shot, the more detail seemed to appear from those deep mists..seemed almost like they were moving! It is a rare piece indeed that can be looked at for a long time, but this is certainly, for me, one. I like the detail and dignity you have captured in the stone..they seem old, but still strong. The bits of brush add a nice touch of age and a feel of permanance. Since I am Greek, could it be a genetic call? (just kidding!) Donkeyoatey

With the work you did on the picture it certainly made me think it was taken years ago.
Very Creative, Depth of field and Sharpness right on. Your composition and exposure bring out the fortress and yet you still see damaged stone work and years of foliage growing around it.
Thanks for adding history.
Great job, Thanks for sharing. Royal

A nice good picture of an old fortress. Can tell that this place is very hot at the time the photo was taken. The trees are brown an the stone and rubbles are all dry out. But the fortress wall tells a sad story of fighting and war. By looking at this picture, I can almost hear horses galloping through the area. Good that you did not try to tune the colors of the photo as you have truly captured the mood of the times. Fantastic job!

Like photos of ruins and find it hard to imagine anything that has survived so well for that many years. I find the white clouds draw your eye to them rather than the ruin itself which takes away from the photo a little. Love the foreground and ruin.

I always rather enjoy the mystic the relics of days past provide us; those that care to take it all in. This is not a scene that provides much color, but even still, I like the setting, the contrast, and the clarity of this picture. Thank you for sharing this picture.
