Super shot. The black background is perfect for highlighting the bird's details and colors. Nice "freeze" on the wings too. Very nice work.

Great shot, as usual! He must be getting ready to move backwards by the way his hind end is tucked! Wonderful colors & perfect black b/g to give nice contrast! Nice lighting to show the fine details in the face! Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful photo ! Your capture of movement id excellent. Fast little buggers aren't they lol ! I have 4 in my yard that I feed
sugar water. I think I would have cropped it a bit different though a little bit more off the bottom and a bit more on the left side. Great shot ! Az

Wonderful clarity and sharpness! I love the movement in his wings! Absolutely beautiful. I love that you caught the direction of his wings moving forward and then composed it with space in front of him suggesting forward motion. Wonderful isolation with the black background!
