Seems to me that you have a great deal going on with these Cardinals! Like your full composition of this striking bird. Your shot is sharp and very well exposed providing lovely detail to enjoy. Great photo! Wish my birds would linger long enough at my feeders but they never do!

As usual, you have stunning focus in the eye and beak region of this cardinal, and your exposure was perfect to preserve all details and absolutely make the red POP against the duller green background. The tight crop works quite well in this case to generate a whole lot of impact.. that focus really made me jump a little! This shot is spot on, best of luck in the contest!

Very up close and personal. I love the detail on eye. Very true colors. Sharply focused. Well framed with good impact. I feed mine sunflowers as well. They were going to town at the feeder this morning when I left for work. Very inviting to stay and watch them. The best of luck in the contest. Thanks for sharing.
