Very pretty with some nice curves, complementary colors, and both symmetric and asymmetric elements.
I have one Q though: how does he sit down?
P.S. I assume this is Morthal from the Elder Scrolls. The name drauge is strange though. Did you mean draugr?

LOL no its just a made up name to go along with the story, never though about him setting either LOL oh well he can fly or maybe set on his tail

A fine surrealistic rendering. It does evoke curiosity and awe.In India too we have very strange stories in mythology that mixes humans and with animals and demons.May be that is the way to make people understand a certain message. Fear is the key! Thanks for sharing!

Ahh the man of my dreams, a nice long tail along with a beard!
How well drawn this is with so many elements to consider. The yellow and orange fiery background marries up so well with all those lava rocks and explosion which could have benefited from a bit of yellow or reddish hue to tie in the eye to the lava explosion and flow feeling....just a suggestion.
The lion doesn't look fierce at all in his fierceness, looks like he's yawning or laughing and the little crown on his head reminds me of a drag queen and so you toy with your viewers....which is a good thing.
The detail of your drawing is quite exact, are you an engineer? The way you have the lightening drawn in makes it look like this guy is hung over the volcano.
It is a piece that is curiously at once exciting and incongruous in many aspects...a real good brain teaser.

your review is one that has me smiling. when I started this painting beleive it or not I was just working on a lions head, then becauise I am also working on a childrens story with flying wolves and have been painting wings, I decided to add wings for the fun of it, and it seemed to take a life of its own after that LOL When I was finished I had to come up with a story line so now you have the real story behind the story LOL

thanks so much filly and thank you so much for your input. His body is supose to have fur on it simular to his main that could be why it appears blurred, however i will go in and try to sharped that. Your input has been greatly appreciated and I am so glad you liked my story to go with this very odd creature LOL

no reason just decided to put a lions head on him LOL I thought it looked a bit satanic also so I decided to make up a story so that no one would see him that way LOL
