This is a great close-up of the bird. I like the texture in the feathers and the colors. Nice catch light in the eye. Too bad the branch is in the way. Good composition, focus, detail and doff. Well done. Thanks for sharing. Sam

Great photograph
The detail in the birds fur (if that's what you call it), the reflection in it's eye, the red beak holding something...it is all perfectly exposed and in focus.
I also love how you have blurred the background...it really accentuates the bird.
