i like the lights along the beach, and the lit up buildings to the right, but that dark stripe down the center for me, is too distacting from the flow from foreground to horizon. Donkeyoatey

First thing I noticed was that the horizon is dipping to the right. The composition is well framed. Maybe a bit over saturated.
