Love the way the stem and buds flow across the page. You captured this one beautifully. A beautiful orange lily like this looks exquisite on a black background. Love the lighting and DOF. O've seen many a lily like this a long side the road. I believe the wild orange daylily is the mother of all daylilies today and all their beautiful colors.

The red bloom just pops against the dark background. Great camera technique: focus, framing, depth of field and contrast, Did I mention lighting> I wouldn't change anything. Great photo.

The lighting on the flower is perfect. In contrast to the dark background what a perfect combination. I feel the details of the Lilly is radiant. I see this as a stand alone piece of art. Great job.
